Registration fee covers:

Access to all sessions of the scientific program for those attending on site in person.

Coffee breaks and refreshments (for in-person attendees)

Participation in welcome and closing receptions (for in-person attendees)

Please note that the registration fee does not include lunches during the conference.

Refund policy: There is no refund of registration fees except for extraordinary circumstances that make a participant impossible to attend the conference and present because of objective barriers (e.g., illness, visa limitations).
