The conference will be held in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, from January 2 to 7, with major sessions taking place on January 3 through 6. The 2 January is arrival day and welcome reception, and the 7 January is reserved mostly for the events of the Winter Teaching Institute of Love Studies.

The airport of Gran Canaria can be easily reached via Madrid and other major European cities. Many airlines have direct flights from their European airports.

Participants bear all responsibilities and expenses for arranging their travel on their own.

Accommodation

The conference sessions will be held in the conference rooms at the emblematic AC Hotel Gran Canaria, a focal point within the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Reservation of accommodation during the days of the conference, before and after, is the personal responsibility of attendees.

All accommodation bookings are contracted directly between the individual and the hotels. Organizers do not take any responsibility or liability for accommodation bookings attendees make.
